Rangers are set to make three deals this summer, with Pierce Charles, Dan Neil, and Clinton Nsiala on the agenda. Charles, a 20-year-old goalkeeper, is approaching the final 12 months of his contract with Sheffield Wednesday. Neil, a 24-year-old midfielder, was high up on Rangers' Ibrox wish list in the winter window but opted to try his luck in the English Championship with Ipswich Town.
